Wound Care

If you are unable to travel to your Alberta Health Services Community Care Clinic to have your dressings changed or would prefer to have your care completed in the comfort of your own home, our wound care nurses can work with your Community Care Case Manager to monitor and manage your wound care needs. For long-term or chronic wound care, we work with Community Care to assist you in accessing funding for your dressing supplies through the Alberta Aids to Daily Living Program.
